What kind of products can I buy on NOViGH.com?

Here at NOVi, we deliver only the freshest, tastiest produce plus a complete selection of groceries. We have hundreds of products to choose from on our online shop.

Where does NOViGH.com shop for my order?

We fulfill your orders from multiple local farms, markets, shops and supermarkets

Can I trust NOVi to deliver my meat, fresh produce and other foods?

Absolutely! We will shop for you as if we were shopping for ourselves. If we don’t feel it’s good enough for us then it’s definitely not good for you. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and we believe that if you’re not a satisfied customer then you won’t be a repeat customer and repeat customers are the livelihood of our business.

Do you provide grocery shopping and delivery in my area?

NOVi’s delivery area is continuously expanding. Currently we serve the Accra area. However for bulk orders we deliver anywhere in the greater Accra region for a fee subject to order quantity.

Deliveries, Returns and Cancellations

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders in the Accra area that are GHC100 and above. Any orders under GHC100 attract a delivery fee of GHC8 – GHC20 depending on your location.

What’s my delivery deadline?

Orders are delivered by 5pm a day after they are placed with the exception of orders made on Saturdays which will be delivered two days after (i.e. Monday). To enable we’re able to fulfill all orders in time we humbly request they are made latest by 6pm each day.

Can I schedule a delivery time?

Absolutely! However do note that delivery times are filled on a first come first served basis and popular times do fill up quickly. So we do ask you to place your orders as early as possible to ensure we can have items delivered to you at your preferred time.

Can I change my delivery time after I have placed an order?

Yes, but you must call us within an hour after you placed the order to ensure we postpone your delivery. A new delivery slot will be provided to you subject to availability.

Can I return a product?

Fresh produce and frozen products have a money back guarantee of 24hrs after delivery. This applies to damage, decay, poor quality or shopping errors.

Other grocery products can be refunded within 96hrs(4days) after delivery if items are in the original condition they were delivered in.

Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

Yes, but it must be done no longer than an hour after placing the order else it might attract a fee.

Payment Information

How do I pay for my groceries shopping and delivery?

We accept payment via MTN Mobile Money and Cash on Delivery with support for VISA/MasterCard payment at checkout coming soon.
