AMARANTH is rich in fatty acids and has a whole grain nutrition. Naturally gluten free, it contains all nine essential amino acid and lysine, a protein missing inmost grains.
It has roughly 5 times the iron and three times the fiber of wheat flour. Rich in micronutrients.
Gives baked goods more texture and flavours. The Seeds are grinded to fine powder to create Amaranth Flour.
